We know first-hand how tricky wedding planning is at the moment but we don’t want to let lockdown stand in the way of the opportunity of planning your perfect day. So, we are moving to a five step online appointment and delivery/click and collect try on system as we can’t welcome you into our shop in person.

We also appreciate how stressful the challenge of moving dates and last minute changes have been. Any one placing a deposit then needing to move their dates due to new Covid restrictions can be assured we’ll move your booking to your new date with no impact to the cost of your hire suits. Our suits will have been processed safely under Government guidelines.

We’d be delighted to offer you a 1-1 consultation either on the phone or Zoom video call, to understand more about your wedding plans. You can contact us by email or phone 01344 778883 to request an appointment.

During the initial consultation we’ll ask full details of your timing and party size. It would really help if you share with us any Pinterest boards or pictures to gain a good idea of your inspiration and theme or colours. If you’re feeling unsure feel free to browse our hirewear section for ideas. Allow us a couple of days when we will come back to you with some thoughts and ideas when we can start step 3.

The fun bit! We will then schedule an online Zoom appointment where we will set up a selection of options for you on our mannequins so you can see some ideas based on your colours and themes and help narrow down your choices.

If you are happy with your choices we will then deliver locally or post the options for you to try on in the comfort of your own home for the period Friday – Monday, using sizes supplied by yourselves. You could have an audience with the rest of the party through a virtual fashion show to show of your choices (It makes a change from a quiz).

We just ask for a £50 holding deposit for this service, this deposit can then be included as part of your overall deposit when you confirm your booking. Then we can meet with the rest of your party to measure them nearer your wedding date.

The items will be collected locally on the Monday or you can return them to us by post* (On the Monday). If you are happy with your choices this will be added to a booking form with any necessary information along with a paid deposit and of course the pricing scale of your chosen outfits. Once we are able, we will meet by appointment to take measurements for the groom and rest of your party.

Save the date option: Please note due to postponement of most of our 2020 weddings into 2021 and 2022 we are already nearing capacity for some of our most popular weekend dates. Please also note we can only confirm your booking on receipt of your full deposit.

On the suits: Each couple will be sent a maximum of two suits to enable the groom to try on each outfit. Please note due to the present situation we ask that the suits only be tried on by the groom and no one else. You are welcome to take photos or videos of the outfits to pass onto family and friends however.

£50 deposit: The £50 deposit is a security deposit on the items of clothing that will be sent in the unlikely event they will be damaged upon return. If you are happy with your choices upon the return of the suits then the £50 deposit can be transferred toward the booking deposit for your wedding suits.

Covid Secure: Due to the present pandemic we are taking extra precautions with all our clothing. All clothes are cleaned before dispatch and are held in storage for over 72 hours upon return to our shop. All clothes sent to you will be contained within a plastic bag and you must return the garments in this same bag so they can remain covid secure.
